With regard to recognition investments in rental properties in Hall 3 of Houston. Not able to find a decent real estate agent! Or they think I'm an idiot, shows house prices lower than the estimated value of 2K and said his "instant equity" or show me the houses, the rent is lower than the tax. Or show me the houses are torn down and say, 'This is an individual investor. Or what is worse, those who did not return phone calls or as if they interfere with his time. Has anyone an ambitious salesman who understands what I mean when I say I want "has instant equity" and "cash flow. And who is willing to answer my question, I offer some pearls of wisdom, this kind of thing . Ideally, the person will be the 3rd bedroom. Thanks!
