I found a source of joy for alternative foods such as vegetarian, vegan gluten-free, allergy-free, and others. This is the group called MealMasters and adjust the recipes to their individual needs. I do not think your site is fully operational yet, but if you want to send an email to my profile, I can give you a link. The recipes are rather cool in cloth bags, and the IPO price of $ 10 collection, a lot! . I have several of their collections and more. I also like the wrong meat, so I enjoyed the inspiration from other sources. E-mail if you need more information.

A good reading would be "Diet for a Small Planet", explains not only what your daily needs, but how it does not correspond to their needs. It also contains some recipes. A complementary report, "Recipes for a Small Planet" (not the author himself), but also a part of another book.

The key is to get enough protein without a large load of carbohydrates.

Hope this helps.

yes! There's this wonderful cookbook from an author who learn for vegetarianism as a highlight, with tofu to cook, and cover the meat and vegetarian options (instead of their diet on meat Mock)

It says "You can not Tofu!
